Special function of hydrogen in cross-border system integration

There must be sufficient buffer capacity to monitor the stability of the electricity grid. In addition, it is necessary to have access to long-term storage facilities for electricity in order to optimally match regional energy supply and demand.

Work package 3 examines how conversion to hydrogen can play a role in a cross-border energy market and energy management.
