The Institute for Management and Technology at the Hochschule Osnabrück (Lingen location) is responsible for the analysis of the energy starting situation in Emmen and Haren (Ems), the scenario development and the modelling of the cross-border energy supply. Furthermore, the integration of the various model components into a common model is ensured.
